Session I (7:00-7:35) This meeting will serve as our May TSA meeting. Attendance will be taken at this session. Meet materials will be distributed with a brief explanation. If you are not in attendance to receive your meet materials, you will have to do the cross-town treasure hunt to get them - which means that you will have to make arrangements to pick them up from Larry Hammett, lkhammett@aol.com.

Session II (7:35-8:40) New TSA reps, new clubs, exhibition clubs, clubs with inexperienced volunteers, new coaches, and as many parent volunteers as you wish to invite from your club. Learn how to run an efficient, well organized meet. We will cover the flow of the meet, organizing the swimmers, the role of each meet position, the flow of paper from the coach all the way to the ribbon writer, and more.
